I had 10 years experience working at a GM dealership before going out on my own to start PCT.

I know what dealers need, I know what they want.

The requirements for having PC's out on the shop floor grew from 1 Techline PC (do we remember the cost of that one?) to having 1 for every 2 technicians.  Now you have MDI's that can connect through wired or wireless.  I have installed solutions to give you both options.

On the sales desks, PC's are used for GM VTV training as well as add-ons like Easydeal and Higher Gear. In Finance you were probably sold on using Dealer Access, and now, GMAC's Route One.

Parts departments are using Snap-On cataloguing systems that require more horsepower with every update.  I have supplied the servers and PC's for this system, and I have done it cheaper than Snap-on.
